Whether your family is celebrating a CDH survivor or remembering a precious child who is no longer here, you belong. Join us for an afternoon of friendship, laughter, remembrance, and the kind of connection that only another CDH family can understand.
What to Expect
Join us for a day of fun, friendship, and connection with CDH families! Enjoy games, face painting, a cookout, and our Super Hero Sprint for kids. We'll end the evening with a heartfelt Memorial Walk honoring the precious children no longer with us.
Whether you're celebrating your warrior or remembering your angel, there's a place for you here. 💙
A Walk of Remembrance
We close our Family Reunion with a beautiful Memorial Walk, honoring the precious children who are no longer with us.
Families are invited to dedicate a luminary in memory of their child, whether attending in person or joining us from afar.
Because every child matters, every story deserves to be told, and every life deserves to be remembered.
