How will your donation be used?

$5 will pay to mail a care package to the family of a CDH survivor or angel.

$10 will pay for a Memory Frame, G-Tube Pad and/or Carseat Hang Tag to go in our care package.

$25 will help parents pay for parking costs associated with an unforeseen re-hospitalization.

$100 provides a care package for a family who has been re-hospitalized or who has lost their child to CDH.

$300 provides an emergency grant for a family faced with an unexpected and emergent re-hospitalization.

$600 provides an emergency grant to those families who are faced with unforeseen funeral related expenses.

Why does your support matter?

Most NICU/PICU parents report PTSD symptoms. These symptoms lead to loss of work productivity and can lead to an inability to cope at home. Through support groups and financial resources we connect CDH families with the help they need and deserve.
Medical bills for families after the birth of a seriously ill child can paralyze finances for years. Emergency re-hospitalization grants provided by The CDH Foundation help provide families with money for meals while their child is hospitalized.
Social isolation is reported by families of medically complex children. Support groups hosted by The CDH Foundation connect families with others who can relate to their journey to help them feel less alone.
The loss of a child is devastating. A financial grant from The CDH Foundation can help alleviate some of the financial burden associated with funeral related expenses allowing parents to focus on grieving.
