When your child is faced with a life threatening diagnosis the last thing you should have to think about is money. At the CDH Foundation it is our goal to help alleviate some of the financial burden associated with re-hospitalization or in some cases funeral expenses so that families of both survivors and angels can focus on what is most important, their loved ones.
