Meet Our Partners:

Modern Makerie is a family owned and operated business located in Louisville, KY. They create beautiful and practical bags for any and everything you may need. In November they partnered with The CDH Foundation to design a bag specifically for families who need to transport syringes and tubes of all sizes. We are so grateful for their support and hope you will love their products as much as we do! To order and receive a discount simply apply CDH10 at checkout!

The Samual Zion Foundation's mission is to spread Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness and support CDH patients and their families. One of the ways in which they serve CDH families is by helping to provide Owlet Smart Socks to families once they come home from the hospital.

Many CDH families seek care far from home. Ronald McDonald House Charities have locations at many major medical centers where they provide a safe and affordable place for families who relocate to stay together for the duration of their child’s hospital stay.

The Fore Hadley Foundation was formed to honor the life of Hadley who passed at 6 days old from CDH. Not only are they supporting families affected by CDH, but they are raising funds to help find a cure for this extremely serious but relatively unknown birth defect.

Amanda Hager, owner of Custom Designs by Manda is the genius behind all of the unique logo designs. She works tirelessly to design beautiful items for CDH families to enjoy while also spreading awareness in style! If you know of someone who is needing a logo or a t-shirt design for a special occasion then she is your girl!

Tiny Hero is a non-profit that supports CDH Families. They are located in Utah and were founded by the Zolman family after their youngest son was diagnosed and treated for CDH. This organization has been very collaborative with the CDH Foundation and we appreciate the support and hope they provide the CDH parent community. If you have been recently diagnosed with CDH, Tiny Hero provides a plethora of resources to help you as you navigate the difficult questions surrounding care.

Christy Baldwin, Director with Thirty One has been an amazing support to the CDH Foundation by hosting fundraisers and even helping provide the bags we use for our care packages. Her support has been such a gift! If you are interested in bags for your supplies or just fun gifts for yourself or others, look no further!

The mission of the Get Permission Institute is to collaborate with dynamic professionals to deliver an evidence-informed, responsive approach to feeding therapy that will strengthen relationships between parents and children, help children build skills and confidence, and help families find enjoyment at mealtimes.
