Your birth experience may look different than you imagined, and it's okay to grieve that. But even in the hardest moments, there is reason to hope. CDH babies are incredibly resilient, and every milestone—no matter how small—is worth celebrating.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. Your medical team will care for your baby, and we've gathered a few items that other CDH families have found helpful during their NICU stay.
