Re-hospitalization Grant - Offered to families whose CDH children have been re-hospitalized for 2+ days to help offset costs associated with the hospital stay.
Loss Grant - Offered to families who have lost their children to CDH to help with funeral related expenses.
Transfer Grant - Offered to families in their initial NICU stay who must transfer to receive a higher level of care to increase their child's chance of survival.
Extended Stay NICU Grant - Offered to families in their initial NICU stay who are inpatient for 12+ months.
